About this workbook:


This book began after I had analysed my thoughts as a lecturer, psychologist, counsellor, consultant, facilitator, mentor, coach, trainer, observer and father over the last 30 years.

Some of these thoughts are more important than others, but all have added a degree of joy, meaning and efficiency to my life.

I trust that this would be a source of encouragement in your managing people and changes in your life.
